Your time commitment: 4 meetings across the 4 weeks, five and a half hours live in total. One 3-hour session in Week 1, a 60-minute review in Week 2, a 45-minute review in Week 3 and a 45-minute closing session at the end. Plus one more 45-minute session 30 days after we finish. The rest of the time I'm working independently; you create your accounts, write your copy, and publish your part.
Here's how the time breaks down: one 3-hour session in Week 1 to define the offer, the price, and the positioning. Then, two 45-minute reviews spread across Weeks 2 and 3, and a 45-minute closing session at the end.

In between, I build your page, your sign-up form, and your email sequences. You create your accounts, write your copy, and publish your part.

It works the same whether you're launching an event, a service, or a group program. The pieces don't change: an offer people can say yes to, a page that explains it well, and a system that captures sign-ups and follows up on its own. What changes is which of those three you're missing.

Each week, you get your tasks in order, so you know what to do and in what order.

By the end, you don't just have a working system, you understand how it's built, keep every login, and can manage it yourself.

Your payment accounts and your domain are in your name from day one. You create them, and we set them up together during one of the check-ins.

How does the Strategy Session actually work?

Three hours, one sitting, in person or on a call. We work through your offer live, who it's for, what you charge, how it's structured, and you leave with it clear and written down, not homework to figure out later.

What do I need to have ready before the Program?

Just an idea. Week 1 is where we define the offer together, you don't need it figured out beforehand.

What if I already have a website or booking system?

We work with what's already there where it makes sense, and only rebuild the parts that are actually holding things back, not a full restart for the sake of it.
